Livestock shipping

Live fish, coral and invertebrates are dispatched from our Melbourne facility in insulated packaging with heat or cool packs to suit conditions, and oxygen where required. Live orders are sent on a schedule that gives the animals the safest transit window, so your dispatch day may fall on a particular part of the week. All livestock is covered by our Arrive Alive Guarantee.

Dry goods & hardware

Equipment, dry food and accessories ship Australia-wide, calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Large or heavy items such as aquariums, cabinets and sumps are quoted separately - choose the shipping-quote option at checkout and we will confirm a delivery cost for your location.

Delivery area

We deliver across Australia. Some remote areas and livestock destinations may carry restrictions - contact us if you are unsure whether we can reach you.

Returns

Unused dry goods may be returned in their original condition in line with our Refund Policy. Livestock is covered by the Arrive Alive Guarantee above rather than standard returns. For the full terms see our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
