Description

Aquasonic Algaecide is a broad-spectrum algae treatment formulated to control various unwanted algae in freshwater aquariums while remaining safe for plants and fish when used at the correct dosage. Its active ingredient is simazine at about 15 g/L. The recommended dose is 1 mL per 20 L of aquarium water (about 20 drops per 20 L). Results may begin to appear after about 7 days, and a second treatment can be done after 14 days if necessary. Overdosing can harm plants, so it should be used carefully with proper aeration and filtration maintained.
