Juwel Phorax Bioflow Phosphate Remover is a highly effective phosphate-removing filter media designed for use in the Juwel Bioflow internal filter system. Elevated phosphate levels in aquarium water are a leading contributor to unwanted algae growth, and Phorax actively works to reduce phosphate levels, helping to suppress algae outbreaks and promote healthier, clearer aquarium water and improved plant growth. An optional but highly beneficial addition to the Bioflow filter system, Phorax is easy to install and should be replaced approximately every two weeks for continued phosphate removal effectiveness.
