About Azysron Damsel

The Azysron Damsel is a hardy and attractive marine damselfish known for its dark blue to brown body, contrasting pale markings and vibrant blue highlights. It is an active fish that spends much of its time around rockwork, where it establishes a small territory.

Like many damselfish, the Azysron Damsel can become territorial and aggressive, particularly towards other damselfish and similarly shaped fish. Providing plenty of live rock, caves and hiding places helps give it space to establish a territory.

It is generally reef safe with corals and readily accepts a variety of aquarium foods, making it a hardy choice for established marine systems.
