Every fish passes through our dedicated quarantine system and strict biosecurity monitoring before sale - so it arrives healthy, settled and ready to thrive. How we quarantine →
The Neon Tuxedo Endler is a premium selectively bred variety of the Endler Livebearer, admired for its brilliant neon blue and green iridescence combined with the distinctive "tuxedo" pattern across the rear half of its body. Accented by vibrant orange, yellow, and black highlights, this stunning nano fish is a true standout in planted aquariums and freshwater community tanks.
Based on the naturally occurring Poecilia wingei from Venezuela, the Neon Tuxedo Endler retains the species' compact size, hardiness, and energetic personality while showcasing enhanced colours through selective breeding. Males develop the vivid neon colours and tuxedo pattern, while females are larger with a more subtle silver-grey appearance.
Neon Tuxedo Endlers thrive in heavily planted aquariums with open swimming areas and stable water conditions. They are highly active and social, making them ideal companions for Corydoras, Celestial Pearl Danios, Ember Tetras, Rasboras, Otocinclus, Medaka, and freshwater shrimp. Like all Endlers, they are prolific livebearers and breed readily in the home aquarium.
A varied diet of premium micro pellets, crushed flakes, baby brine shrimp, daphnia, cyclops, microworms, and other live or frozen foods will maximise their neon colours and maintain excellent health.
Colourful, peaceful, and incredibly active, the Neon Tuxedo Endler is one of the finest nano livebearers available for planted aquariums.
