Medaka Shogoukiku (Oryzias latipes) is a selectively bred Japanese rice fish known for its attractive metallic appearance and elegant swimming style. Like other Medaka varieties, Shogoukiku are small, peaceful community fish that thrive in a wide range of water conditions.
They are particularly well suited to planted aquariums, nano ponds and outdoor tubs, making them a fantastic choice for aquarists looking for a colourful and easy-care fish.
